From water testing with specific instructions on adjustments to providing great advice on chemical combinations, I could not be happier. We bought our hot tub from the Hot Tub Store less than a year ago, and had a small issue from the manufacturer.  I called up the store, talked to Ben and he was on the case. I would highly recommend The Hot Tub store. We recently had trouble with our existing hot tub and could not find anyone to repair a broken pipe. We live an hour from the cities and and hour from Duluth and no stores would service a tub that far away. Ben was installing a new tub at my neighbor’s house and said he would be happy to take a look at mine. The next week he was out and did a great job repairing it.
